At Navigating Wellness Therapy PLLC, we offer both in person and telehealth-based therapy to support individuals through life's challenges. Our services are designed to help with issues such as depression, anxiety, family trauma, stress, and both normative and non-normative life transitions. Together, we will navigate the problems or concerns that matter most to you.

If we are not in-network with your insurance, I am happy to work with you as a cash-pay client. I will provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. (A superbill is a detailed receipt that outlines the services provided during a therapy session. It includes essential information for you to submit to your insurance company to request reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits.)
My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore and process your thoughts and emotions. I offer both virtual and in-person individual therapy sessions to meet your needs and help you find the support you deserve.
